先日Amazonで購入した

アサヒペンのローラーを使って土壁を塗ってみました。

塗った箇所は写真右側。

 

左側は主にコテを使用

右側は主にローラーを使用（所々コテも使ってます）

 

と

 

あえて使い分けることで自分なりに比較をしてみました。

I painted the earthen wall using the roller of Asahipen that I bought from Amazon the other day. The painted part is on the right side of the photo. I mainly used the trowel on the left side and mainly used the rollers on the right side (I also use the trowel in some places), so I made a comparison in my own way.

 

コテとローラーでそれぞれ塗ってみた感想 Impressions of painting with a trowel and a roller

 

・ローラーの方が圧倒的時短（コテ塗りの約半分の時間で塗りきれた）

・端や角もローラーの方が圧倒的に塗りやすかった

・塗り跡で模様を作る場合はコテなどが必須（コテだけでなく箒などを使っても模様は作れるようです）

・ローラーでもコテでも塗料は垂れ落ちた

 

 

以上から個人的には初心者はまずローラーで塗ることをおすすめします。

 

個人的にローラーでざっくり全体を塗った後に
コテなどを使って模様を作っていくのが時短且つオシャレに塗装できるのではないかと素人ながら感じました。

・ The roller is overwhelmingly shorter (it took about half the time to apply the trowel).

・ Rollers were overwhelmingly easier to apply on the edges and corners.

・ When making a pattern with paint marks, a trowel etc. is essential (It seems that you can make a pattern using not only a trowel but also a broom etc.)

・ The paint drips on both the roller and the trowel.

From the above, I personally recommend that beginners apply with a roller first. Although I was an amateur, I felt that it would be possible to paint the entire pattern roughly with a roller and then use a trowel to create a pattern in a short time and fashionably.

 

さいごに　Last of all

 

・養生はしっかりしましょう（シート外に塗料が付くと中々取れません）

・汚れても良い服装は用意しましょう

・養生シートをひく際は靴下は履いていおいた方が良いです（汗でシートが足裏に引っ付きます）

・ Let’s cure well (If paint gets on the outside of the sheet, it will not come off easily)

・ Prepare clothes that can get dirty

・ It is better to wear socks when pulling the clothes (sweat will cause the sheet to stick to the soles of your feet).
